Features and benefits
Purchasing and storage savings
The innovative 2-ply sack construction of FibreShield® means customers purchase less paper which can result in significant savings on storage and warehouse space, as well as associated labor costs. That means more cash flow in hand at a time of increased competition.
Reduced basis weights
The 2-ply sack construction leads to a lower total basis weight, either by reducing the number of plies or lowering the basis weight of the plies. This enables considerable reductions in shipping and freight charges when compared to conventional 3- or 4-ply sack orders.
Increased production efficiency, excellent runnability
Production efficiency is improved through reduced change over time due to fewer paper rolls to change.
Reliability
FibreShield® has been tested to the most rigorous standards. It is extremely resistant to breakages during handling and shipping as well as on the production line.
Efficient lead times
We are leaders in high-performance kraft paper both in the U.S. and throughout the world. That means low domestic lead times as well as a strong international presence.

Strength and performance
From fields to front lawns, ReliaKraft® wet strength kraft papers provide consumers, farmers and manufacturers with paper-based products tailored to meet specific end-use performance requirements on the converting line and in the market.
The addition of wet strength resins in paper manufacturing allows for paper to retain a percentage of its strength in wet and humid environments. The resin enhances sheet performance by holding together the fiber structure once moisture is absorbed resulting in converted products that maintain their integrity in some of the most demanding applications.
